Water Banking

Water banking is a relatively new strategy for managing water in the Arkansas Valley in South Eastern Colorado. This project is an exploration into the administration of water banking as a natural resource strategy in the West, and the State of Colorado in particular. In this project we study the history of Water Banks in the West and discuss what is happening with water banking in the State of Colorado.
